Product Description
Carbon Steel Reducers are essential pipe fittings used to reduce the pipe diameter in a pipeline system. Available in two types—Concentric Reducers and Eccentric Reducers, they are manufactured to ASME B16.9 standards and are used in applications involving high-pressure, high-temperature fluids.
Our reducers are made from high-quality ASTM A234 WPB and WPHY 52 / 60 / 70 materials, and are available in seamless and welded construction, in sizes ranging from 1/2” to 48”, with wall thicknesses from Schedule 10 to XXS.
Types Available:
Concentric Reducer – Aligns centerlines of pipes
Eccentric Reducer – Off-center, used to prevent air pockets
Applications:
Used in pipelines for oil & gas, power plants, chemical processing, water treatment, and structural piping.
