Flange

  • DIN Standard Welding Neck Flange
Brief: DIN Welding Neck Flange, also known as DIN WN Flange, is a type of flange with a long tapered hub that is welded to the pipe. It is designed for high-pressure systems and is widely used in industrial piping for oil, gas, steam, and chemical applications. The neck helps reduce stress concentration and provides excellent strength under bending and thermal expansion.

DIN Welding Neck Flanges are manufactured according to various DIN standards such as DIN 2631, DIN 2632, DIN 2633, DIN 2634, and DIN 2635, each corresponding to different pressure ratings (PN6 to PN100). These flanges are suitable for use in environments requiring high integrity and leak-proof connections.

  • DIN 2573 Slip On Flange
Brief: DIN 2573 Slip On Flange is a widely used type of plate flange designed according to the German DIN standard. It features a low-pressure rating (typically PN6 or PN10), and is suitable for non-critical, low-pressure applications such as water, gas, or air pipelines.

Manufactured from carbon steel or mild steel, this flange is slipped over the pipe and then fillet welded on both sides, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection. It’s ideal for pipeline systems that require frequent inspection or maintenance, due to its ease of installation and removal.

  • JIS B2220 Slip-on Welding Flanges
Brief: JIS B2220 Slip-on Welding Flanges are manufactured according to the Japanese Industrial Standard and are designed for easy welding installation in piping systems. These flanges are widely used in low-pressure applications and are available in pressure classes of 5K, 10K, 16K, and 20K. The slip-on design allows the pipe to be inserted into the flange before welding, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection.

  • DIN 2527 Blind Flange
Brief: DIN 2527 Blind Flange is a solid disk used to block off the end of a piping system or a pressure vessel opening. This type of flange is commonly used when future pipe extensions or maintenance access are anticipated. It complies with the DIN 2527 standard and is available in pressure ratings ranging from PN6 to PN40.

These flanges are made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel, and are available in Raised Face (RF) or Flat Face (FF) designs. Blind flanges are essential for testing flow pressure, closing piping ends, and safely sealing off a section of a pipeline system.

  • ANSI B16.5 Threaded Flange
Brief: ANSI B16.5 Threaded Flanges are a type of pipe flange designed with internal threads, conforming to ASME B16.5 specifications. They are ideal for non-welded piping systems where welding is not feasible or safe, such as in hazardous areas involving flammable or explosive media.

Our threaded flanges are available in pressure classes ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500, with options for NPT or BSP threads, and are offered in a variety of materials including Carbon Steel ASTM A105, Stainless Steel 304/316, and Alloy Steel.

These flanges are commonly used in fire protection systems, oil & gas pipelines, chemical plants, and maintenance environments, especially where quick assembly/disassembly is required.

  • ANSI B16.5 Welding Neck Flanges
Brief: Welding Neck Flanges (WN) are one of the most popular flange types used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Designed in accordance with ANSI/ASME B16.5 standards, these flanges feature a long tapered hub that provides excellent stress distribution through the weld neck. They are commonly used in critical pipeline systems for oil & gas, petrochemical, power plants, and fire protection industries.

  • ANSI B16.5 Slip-On Flanges
Brief: ANSI B16.5 Slip-On Flanges are designed for use in a wide range of piping systems across various industries, including fire protection, water treatment, oil & gas, and chemical processing. These flanges are manufactured in accordance with ASME/ANSI B16.5 standards and are available in multiple pressure ratings: Class 150, 300, 600, and 900.
Slip-on flanges are easy to align and install. They are slipped over the pipe and welded on both the inside and outside to provide strength and prevent leakage. Available in carbon steel (ASTM A105), stainless steel (ASTM A182 F304/F316), and other alloys.
  • Blind Flange ASME B16.5
Brief: Our ANSI B16.5 Blind Flanges are manufactured in accordance with ASME standards, designed to seal off the ends of piping systems or pressure vessel openings. They are available in a wide range of pressure classes from 150 to 2500, with materials including carbon steel (A105), stainless steel (SS304/SS316), and other alloys.
Available with Raised Face (RF) or Ring Type Joint (RTJ) sealing surfaces, our blind flanges ensure a secure and leak-proof connection, suitable for high-pressure and corrosive environments.
