  • Heavy-Duty Rigid Grooved Coupling | UL/FM | Ductile Iron (ASTM A536) | EPDM/NBR | DN25–DN300 (1″–12″)
    Brief:
"Built for fixed-alignment joints in grooved piping, this heavy-duty rigid coupling locks pipe ends to eliminate axial and angular movement—ideal for fire protection, HVAC, and industrial services where “zero deflection” is required. The housing is high-strength ductile iron (ASTM A536) with corrosion-resistant coating; the pressure-responsive gasket (EPDM standard, NBR optional) seals against the pipe OD for fast, leak-tight installation. Rigid joints also simplify hanger spacing in line with common piping codes.

Designed to meet groove dimensions per AWWA C606 and interoperate with standard roll-/cut-grooved steel pipe and grooved fittings/valves. Typical working pressures for standard rigid series are in the hundreds of psi depending on size and wall thickness; high-pressure “HP” series reach up to 1000 psi (size-dependent)—check the data sheet for your diameter and service. UL Listed / FM Approved options are available for fire sprinkler mains, risers, and mechanical rooms."

It helps to absorb pipe movement and vibrations, effectively minimizing the risk of pipe failure. This product makes pipe installation and removal easier while delivering superior sealing performance to maintain system integrity and reliability. Its versatility makes it ideal for use in fire protection, water supply, HVAC, petrochemical applications, and more, particularly in pipe systems that demand flexibility, seismic resistance, and leak-proof connections.
  • Angle Pad Coupling
    Brief:
Angle Pad Coupling is a special fitting for pipe connection, usually used to connect two pipes at an angle. It ensures the sealing and stability between pipes by using special gaskets and steel clamps. Angle Pad Coupling is particularly suitable for occasions where pipe offset or cornering is required. It can withstand certain pressure and vibration while maintaining the overall stability and sealing performance of the pipe system.

This product is widely used in fire protection systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, water supply and drainage systems, and oil and gas industries. Especially in those occasions where space is limited or the direction of the pipe needs to be adjusted, Angle Pad Coupling provides a simple and effective solution. Due to its easy installation and high reliability, it has become one of the indispensable key accessories in the pipeline system.
  • HDPE Transition Coupling Connect HDPE To Steel, PVC & Copper Pipes Securely
    Brief:
HDPE Transition Coupling is a specially designed fitting used to connect HDPE pipes with metal pipes such as steel, copper, or PVC. One end is made of high-quality PE100 for fusion welding, while the other end is metal for threaded, welded, or flanged connections. This coupling ensures a strong, leak-free, and corrosion-resistant joint between different piping materials. Widely used in water supply, gas distribution, industrial piping, and fire protection systems, it provides a reliable and efficient solution for multi-material pipeline transitions.
  • 45 Degree Pipe Fitting
    Brief:
45° elbow in the groove is to change the direction of the pipe, and it is usually used in places where a small angle is required. It can bend the pipe at a 45-degree angle, which is suitable for slight changes in the direction of fluid flow. Compared with the 90-degree elbow, the 45-degree elbow can reduce the fluid resistance in the pipe, maintain a relatively smooth flow, and can effectively adjust the pipe layout in a small space. Due to its easy installation and good flow performance, the 45° elbow is widely used in fire protection systems, water supply pipelines and other fields.
  • 90 Degree Pipe Fitting
    Brief:
The 90 elbow to change the direction of the pipeline, and it is usually used where the pipeline needs to turn. It can reduce the fluid resistance and pressure loss that may be caused by right-angle turns while ensuring the stability and smoothness of the pipeline system. Due to its simple design and convenient installation, the 90-degree elbow is widely used in fire protection pipelines, water supply pipelines and other systems.
  • Grooved Cross Connector Fitting
    Brief:
The cross in the groove is to connect four pipes to form a cross structure. It is usually used in pipe systems that need to distribute or converge fluids in multiple directions, and can achieve effective connection between four pipes. In applications such as fire protection systems and water supply pipes, the cross can help the flexible layout of the pipe system to ensure the smooth flow of fluids in multiple directions. It is widely used in complex pipe networks, especially in situations where four pipes need to be connected at the same time.

Grooved Couplings and Fittings for Reliable Pipe Connections

Discover a superior method for joining pipe systems with our comprehensive selection of high-quality grooved couplings and fittings. Engineered for speed, safety, and long-term reliability, the grooved pipe connection system is the modern, flame-free solution for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and fire protection applications. Move beyond traditional welding and flanging to a system that offers unparalleled efficiency and durability.

Core Components of the Grooved System

The ingenuity of the grooved pipe connection lies in its simple yet robust design, consisting of three primary elements working in unison to create a secure, leak-tight seal.

> The Grooved Pipe: A groove is cold-formed or machined into the pipe end. This groove provides a seat for the coupling to engage, creating a unified and strong joint.

> The Gasket: A resilient, pressure-responsive elastomeric gasket creates the seal. It is designed to fit over the two pipe ends, creating an initial seal that is strengthened as the system is pressurized. Gaskets are available in various materials like EPDM, Nitrile, and Silicone to suit different applications, from potable water to petroleum oils.

> The Coupling Housing: Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron, the housing segments encase the gasket and lock into the grooves on both pipes. As the nuts and bolts are tightened, the housing compresses the gasket, securing the joint and completing the connection.

Advantages of a Grooved Pipe Connection

Choosing a grooved system offers significant advantages in performance, safety, and total installed cost.

> Rapid & Safe Installation: The primary advantage of a grooved coupling is the speed of assembly. It is significantly faster than welding, threading, or flanging, drastically reducing labor hours and costs. As a flame-free method, it enhances job site safety, particularly in enclosed spaces or during system modifications.

> Exceptional Reliability & Durability: Our fittings are engineered for a service life of up to 50 years. Constructed from high-strength ductile iron that meets ASTM A536 standards, these components offer superior strength. The pressure-responsive gasket design ensures a dependable, leak-free seal that performs reliably under demanding conditions.

System Flexibility & Maintenance: Flexible grooved couplings are designed to accommodate pipe expansion, contraction, and deflection, making them an ideal choice for systems subject to thermal changes or seismic activity. This design also helps dampen vibration and noise. The system's simplicity allows for easy disassembly, streamlining routine maintenance and system expansions.

> Proven Performance: With a product qualification rate exceeding 99.96% and a reorder rate of over 90%, the quality and performance of these fittings are trusted by professionals globally.
