Cast iron rising stem gate valve is mainly used as a shut-off valve in water supply, heating, cooling, drainage, irrigation and general industrial pipeline systems.

The valve adopts a rising stem structure. When the valve is opened, the stem rises upward, allowing the operator to clearly check the open or closed position of the valve.

The valve is connected to the pipeline by flanges and operated manually by handwheel. It is suitable for full open or full close service and is not recommended for long-term throttling operation.

Overview

Z41T-10 cast iron rising stem gate valve is designed for pipeline shut-off service in water supply, steam, oil, heating, irrigation and general industrial pipeline systems.

The valve adopts flanged end connection and manual handwheel operation. With rising stem design, the valve open and closed position can be checked clearly during operation.

The valve body and bonnet are made of cast iron HT200. The disc is cast iron HT200 with brass sealing surface, providing stable sealing performance for water, steam and oil applications. Graphite packing and paronite gasket are used for reliable sealing under working conditions.

This valve is suitable for full-open and full-close service. It is not recommended for long-term throttling operation.
