We are a professional trading company dedicated to the export of valve products. While we do not manufacture valves ourselves, we maintain deep partnerships with several leading valve manufacturers in China and hold exclusive export authorization for five of these factories. Leveraging our strong supply chain integration capabilities, we provide both FM/UL certified premium products and cost-effective mid-range solutions, covering various engineering demands across different markets.
Our main product range includes:
Check Valves
Butterfly Valves
Strainers
Control Valves
Air Release Valves
BS5163 Resilient Seated Gate Valves
DIN Standard Resilient Seated Gate Valves
All our partner factories are equipped with advanced automated production lines, complete testing facilities, and professional R&D teams. With extensive design experience and strict quality control systems, we ensure every shipment meets the required project standards.
Overview
The Rubber Coated Ball Check Valve (Spherical Check Valve) is a non-slam, silent-type check valve designed to prevent backflow in water and wastewater pipeline systems.
It utilizes a rubber-coated rolling ball as the valve disc, allowing smooth opening and closing under medium flow, ensuring excellent sealing performance and reduced hydraulic loss.
With a full-bore flow channel design, this valve provides higher flow capacity and significantly lower head loss compared to conventional swing check valves, making it especially suitable for pump outlets and drainage systems.
Product Description
The ball check valve features a ductile iron body and a rubber-coated spherical valve disc that moves freely along the internal guide track. Under forward flow, the ball rolls upward to open the valve completely, forming a full-flow passage. When flow stops or reverses, the ball rolls back by gravity and back pressure, sealing tightly against the seat.
This design enables silent closure, eliminates water hammer, and ensures stable operation under varying flow conditions. The valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, offering high flexibility in system design.

FAQ
Q1: What is the main advantage of a ball check valve compared to a swing check valve?
A: It provides silent operation, eliminates water hammer, and offers much lower head loss due to its full-bore flow design.
Q2: Can this valve handle sewage and wastewater?
A: Yes. The rubber-coated ball design is ideal for sewage and wastewater applications, even with suspended solids.
Q3: Can the valve be installed vertically?
A: Yes. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically, provided the flow direction is correct.
Q4: Does the valve require frequent maintenance?
A: No. The simple rolling ball structure minimizes wear and reduces maintenance requirements.
Q5: Is this valve suitable for pump outlet applications?
A: Yes. It is highly recommended for pump discharge lines due to its non-slam and anti-water-hammer characteristics.
