Product describe
Dimensions follow AWWA C606 groove requirements and fitting pressure capability conforms to the installed coupling’s rating (size-dependent). Gasket options include EPDM for water service and NBR for oils/fuels. Finishes are available in orange paint or hot-dip galvanized for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Sizes: DN25–DN300 (1″–12″) standard; larger diameters may be available upon request. Industry catalogs commonly cover from ¾″ up to 24″, with elbows offered in 11.25°, 22.5°, 45° and 90° variants. Working pressure is determined by the coupling series and pipe schedule. Please refer to your coupling’s table for the exact rating per size.
Applications
fire protection mains and branches, HVAC chilled/condensing water, industrial water, and general mechanical services where a controlled 22.5° deflection is needed with minimal pressure drop. Typical market literature specifies ASTM A536 ductile iron for cast fittings and alignment with AWWA C606 groove geometry.
